Where does it come from and why is it a good idea? And just as importantly: How and why it&#8217;s an idea worth turning into a career path.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/coolbluefuture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Sukkertang-28.april-20.jpg\" alt=\"mytilus\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"960\" width=\"1440\" title=\"mytilus\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<p>Dyrkning i havet har fundet sted i \u00e5rtusinder, men moderne akvakulturmetoder er udviklet over de sidste \u00e5rtier. Disse metoder har ofte v\u00e6ret fokuseret p\u00e5 intensiv produktion, hvilket har f\u00f8rt til milj\u00f8problemer i form af forurening fra fiskefarme og skade p\u00e5 marine habitater. Regenerativ havdyrkning opstod som en reaktion p\u00e5 disse udfordringer og som en del af en bredere bev\u00e6gelse mod regenerativt landbrug, der s\u00f8ger at genoprette og forbedre jord- og \u00f8kosystemers sundhed.<\/p>\n<p>Regenerativ havdyrkning indeb\u00e6rer dyrkning af marine organismer som tang, muslinger og \u00f8sters p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de, der ikke blot er b\u00e6redygtig, men ogs\u00e5 aktivt forbedrer havmilj\u00f8et. Nogle af de elementer, der kendetegner regenerativ dyrkning er:<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t\t1. Dyrkning i vands\u00f8jlen\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Den regenerative dyrkning finder sted oppe i vands\u00f8jlen, hvor afgr\u00f8derne h\u00e6nger ned uden at v\u00e6re i kontakt med havbunden. Det betyder, at \u00f8kosystemerne p\u00e5 bunden ikke forstyrres, og at kvaliteten af de h\u00f8stede afgr\u00f8der bliver langt h\u00f8jere.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t\t2. Multitrofisk dyrkning\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>I stedet for at dyrke en enkelt art, dyrkes flere arter sammen. For eksempel kan tang og muslinger dyrkes i samme havmark, hvor tang absorberer overskydende n\u00e6ringsstoffer, ilter vandet og reducerer eutrofiering, mens muslinger filtrerer vandet og forbedrer dets kvalitet.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t\t3. Dyrkning uden input\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Regenerativ havdyrkning kr\u00e6ver ikke fodertilf\u00f8rsel, g\u00f8dning eller pesticider. Dette reducerer milj\u00f8p\u00e5virkningen betydeligt sammenlignet med traditionelle akvakulturmetoder, hvor fodertilf\u00f8rsel ofte f\u00f8rer til forurening.<\/p>\n\t<p>Cool Blue Future har sammen med andre organisationer fra \u00d8sters\u00f8-regionen og Norge udarbejdet et <a href=\"https:\/\/coolbluefuture.org\/da\/manifesto\/\">Manifest for regenerativ havdyrkning<\/a>. The manifesto&#8217;s 8 principles can serve as a guideline and inspiration for anyone who wants to combine marine food production with active nature restoration.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/coolbluefuture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_9175.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9175\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"960\" width=\"1280\" title=\"IMG_9175\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n<h3  data-animation-delay=\"0\" data-animation-duration=\"1\">\n\t\t\tEutrofiering og stress i \u00f8kosystemet\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Den vigtigste grund til, at regenerativt havbrug er s\u00e5 god en id\u00e9, er den nedsl\u00e5ende kendsgerning, at vores oceaner st\u00e5r over for en r\u00e6kke alvorlige trusler for\u00e5rsaget af menneskelig aktivitet. Den st\u00f8rste af disse trusler i mange kystomr\u00e5der er eutrofiering.<\/p>\n<p>Eutrofiering er en proces, der resulterer i overdreven plante- og algev\u00e6kst i vandomr\u00e5der p\u00e5 grund af en \u00f8get tilf\u00f8rsel af n\u00e6ringsstoffer, prim\u00e6rt kv\u00e6lstof og fosfor. Disse n\u00e6ringsstoffer kan komme fra forskellige kilder, herunder udledning fra landbruget, spildevand og forurenende stoffer fra industrien. Selv om n\u00e6ringsstoffer er afg\u00f8rende for vandplanters v\u00e6kst, kan en overflod f\u00f8re til betydelige milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssige og \u00f8konomiske problemer. Eutrofieringsprocessen f\u00f8lger de 4 trin, der er skitseret nedenfor:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Berigelse med n\u00e6ringsstoffer<\/b>: Excess nutrients enter a water body, increasing the availability of nitrogen and phosphorus. Leads to&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><b>Algeopblomstring<\/b>: These nutrients promote the rapid growth of algae and phytoplankton, leading to algal blooms. Leads to&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><b>Nedbrydning<\/b>: When the algae die, they sink to the bottom where they are decomposed by bacteria. This process consumes oxygen from the water, leading to decreased oxygen levels. Leads to&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><b>Iltsvind<\/b>: Hvis iltsvindet er alvorligt, kan det resultere i hypoxiske (iltfattige) eller anoxiske (iltfrie) forhold, som kan v\u00e6re d\u00f8delige for livet i vandet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Traditionelt har mennesker langs Europas kyster s\u00f8gt mod havet for at f\u00e5 opfyldt deres grundl\u00e6ggende behov. P\u00e5 grund af konsekvenserne af eutrofiering og andre milj\u00f8faktorer som klimaforandringer, overfiskeri og havforsuring er vi som art tvunget til at genopfinde vores tilgang til, hvordan vi bruger havets ressourcer, og indf\u00f8re regenerative principper.<\/p>\n<p>Udbredelsen af regenerativ havdyrkning er drevet af et sammenfald af milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssige, \u00f8konomiske, sociale, teknologiske og politiske faktorer. Den regenerative praksis tilbyder en lovende l\u00f8sning p\u00e5 nogle af de mest presserende udfordringer, som vores oceaner og globale f\u00f8devaresystemer st\u00e5r over for. Fordi regenerativ havdyrkning forbedrer de marine \u00f8kosystemer, skaber \u00f8konomiske muligheder og fremmer b\u00e6redygtig f\u00f8devareproduktion vinder det frem flere og flere steder.<\/p>\n<h3  data-animation-delay=\"0\" data-animation-duration=\"1\">\n\t\t\tFysisk ops\u00e6tning af havmarken\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>En regenerativ havmark bruger typisk en vertikal opstilling, der maksimerer brugen af plads og underst\u00f8tter flere arter. Marken best\u00e5r af lodrette liner, der er forankret i havbunden og forbundet med flydende b\u00f8jer i overfladen. Vandrette reb eller net er oph\u00e6ngt mellem disse lodrette liner, hvilket skaber en gitterlignende struktur i vands\u00f8jlen. Tunge ankre p\u00e5 havbunden holder strukturen stabil, mens b\u00f8jer p\u00e5 overfladen opretholder sp\u00e6ndingen og underst\u00f8tter v\u00e6gten af de voksende organismer.<\/p>\n<p>Havmarken kan bruges til f\u00f8lgende form\u00e5l:<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t\tDyrkning af tang\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Tang dyrkes p\u00e5 vandrette reb eller net, der h\u00e6nger i vands\u00f8jlen. Forskellige arter af tang kan dyrkes p\u00e5 forskellige dybder, afh\u00e6ngigt af deres specifikke krav til lys og n\u00e6ringsstoffer.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t\tDyrkning af skaldyr\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Muslinger, \u00f8sters og kammuslinger dyrkes i netbure eller p\u00e5 liner, der er fastgjort til strukturen. Disse skaldyr filtrerer vandet, forbedrer dets kvalitet og gavner det omgivende havmilj\u00f8.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t\tMultitrofisk dyrkning\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Ved at integrere flere arter, f.eks. forskellige typer tang og skaldyr, skaber havmarken et afbalanceret \u00f8kosystem. Denne polykulturelle tilgang \u00f8ger biodiversiteten og modstandsdygtigheden over for skadedyr og sygdomme.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/coolbluefuture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/DJI_0178.jpg\" alt=\"DJI_0178\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"844\" width=\"1500\" title=\"DJI_0178\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<p>Nogle havmarker har flydende platforme for at lette adgang og administration. Disse platforme kan rumme udstyr til h\u00f8st, overv\u00e5gning og vedligeholdelse. Nogle har i stigende grad sensorer til at overv\u00e5ge milj\u00f8forhold som temperatur, saltholdighed og n\u00e6ringsstofniveauer. Disse data hj\u00e6lper med at optimere v\u00e6kstbetingelserne for de opdr\u00e6ttede arter.<\/p>\n<p>Ops\u00e6tning af et regenerativt havbrug f\u00f8lger normalt de trin, der er beskrevet nedenfor:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Forankring<\/b>: Tunge ankre placeres p\u00e5 havbunden for at give stabilitet. Det kan v\u00e6re betonblokke, metalankre eller naturlige klipper eller sten.<\/li>\n<li><b>Lodrette liner<\/b>: Strong ropes or cables are attached to the anchors and extend up to the surface, where they are connected to buoys. These vertical lines form the backbone of the farm&#8217;s structure.<\/li>\n<li><b>Vandrette reb\/net<\/b>: Vandrette b\u00e6reliner bindes mellem de lodrette reb p\u00e5 forskellige dybder. De giver v\u00e6kstflader til tang og st\u00f8tte til skaldyrsbure og -net.<\/li>\n<li><b>Dyrkning<\/b>: Podede tangsnore vikles rundt om eller fastg\u00f8res til de vandrette b\u00e6reliner. Skaldyr placeres i netposer eller bure, der h\u00e6nger ned fra b\u00e6relinerne.<\/li>\n<li><b>B\u00f8jer og flydende platforme<\/b>: Buoys at the surface maintain the structure&#8217;s position and tension.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Regelm\u00e6ssig vedligeholdelse er afg\u00f8rende for at sikre havmarkens holdbarhed og produktivitet. Det indeb\u00e6rer at sikre, at ankrene sidder fast, og at b\u00f8jerne er korrekt sp\u00e6ndt, samt at inspicere dem regelm\u00e6ssigt for slitage og udskifte beskadigede dele.<\/p>\n<p>Den fysiske ops\u00e6tning af en regenerativ havmark er designet til at v\u00e6re effektiv, b\u00e6redygtig og milj\u00f8venlig. Ved at bruge en vertikal opdr\u00e6tsstruktur maksimerer de pladsen, forbedrer de marine \u00f8kosystemer og leverer v\u00e6rdifulde f\u00f8devareressourcer.<\/p>\n<h3  data-animation-delay=\"0\" data-animation-duration=\"1\">\n\t\t\tAfgr\u00f8der\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>I en regenerativ havmark er de prim\u00e6re afgr\u00f8der tang og skaldyr. Disse afgr\u00f8der er udvalgt p\u00e5 grund af deres evne til at forbedre milj\u00f8forholdene og samtidig levere v\u00e6rdifulde \u00f8konomiske produkter.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/coolbluefuture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_9155.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9155\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"960\" width=\"1280\" title=\"IMG_9155\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n<h4>\n\t\t\tBrunalger\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Almindelige typer omfatter Saccharina latissima (sukkertang) og Alaria esculenta (vingetang). Brunalger dyrkes typisk p\u00e5 vandrette liner eller net, der h\u00e6nger i vands\u00f8jlen og bruges i f\u00f8devarer, kosmetik, g\u00f8dning, dyrefoder og biobr\u00e6ndsel. Brunalger er rige p\u00e5 vitaminer og mineraler, hvilket g\u00f8r det til et v\u00e6rdifuldt kosttilskud.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t\tR\u00f8dalger\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Eksempelvis Palmaria palmata (dulse eller s\u00f8l), Porphyra (nori) og Chondrus crispus (carrageen eller blomk\u00e5lstang). Ligesom brunalger dyrkes r\u00f8dalger p\u00e5 reb eller net, ofte p\u00e5 varierende dybder for at optimere lyseksponeringen. R\u00f8dalger er virkelig gode i et k\u00f8kken og anvendes desuden til produktion af carrageenan (et fortykkelsesmiddel i f\u00f8devarer), kosmetik og l\u00e6gemidler.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t\tGr\u00f8nalger\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Common types include Ulva lactuca (sea lettuce) and Codium fragile (dead man&#8217;s fingers). Green algae are used in salads, soups, and other culinary dishes. They are also explored for their potential in biofuel production and as animal feed supplements.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/coolbluefuture.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/DSC04311.jpg\" alt=\"DSC04311\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"960\" width=\"1439\" title=\"DSC04311\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n<h4>\n\t\t\tBl\u00e5muslinger\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Mytilus edulis (bl\u00e5muslinger) dyrkes typisk p\u00e5 reb, der h\u00e6nger lodret i vands\u00f8jlen, eller i netstr\u00f8mper. Muslinger filtrerer store m\u00e6ngder vand, fjerner partikler og forbedrer vandkvaliteten. De bidrager ogs\u00e5 til n\u00e6ringsstofkredsl\u00f8bet og er levested for andre marine organismer. Muslinger er et popul\u00e6rt fisk- og skaldyrsprodukt med et h\u00f8jt indhold af protein og omega-3-fedtsyrer.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t\t\u00d8sters\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>P\u00e5 grund af sin invasive status i nogle europ\u00e6iske farvande dyrkes Crassostrea gigas (stillehavs\u00f8sters) normalt i en triploid version, som ikke kan reproducere sig selv. \u00d8sters dyrkes i netbure, bakker eller p\u00e5 langliner i vands\u00f8jlen og er h\u00f8jt v\u00e6rdsat for deres kulinariske anvendelser.
