Saltholdighed er naturligvis en udfordring s\u00e5 langt oppe i \u00d8sters\u00f8en, men ved i f\u00f8rste omgang at fokusere p\u00e5 sm\u00e5 muslinger til dyrefoder er det lykkedes Ecopelag at komme i gang.
