Sie arbeiten sowohl mit S\u00fc\u00dfwassermuscheln, die sie im Meer\nvor der finnischen K\u00fcste gewinnen, als auch mit schwimmenden G\u00e4rten, in denen sie\nRohrkolben und essbare Pflanzen in K\u00fcstenn\u00e4he anbauen.
