La salinit\u00e9 constitue bien s\u00fbr un d\u00e9fi \u00e0 cette latitude de la mer Baltique, mais en se concentrant initialement sur les petites moules destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l'alimentation animale, Ecopelag a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 d\u00e9marrer son activit\u00e9.
