Simon from Dansk Tang (Denmark)

Simon and his father Claus founded Dansk Tang 9 years ago as a company that specialized in harvesting wild seaweed. Increasingly, they have switched to cultivating seaweed in an ocean farm in shallow water. Dansk Tang also runs their own small hatchery and are pioneers in the work of introducing new and exciting species of seaweed along the Danish coasts.
