Martin and Martin from Ecopelag (Sweden)

Ecopelag is a Swedish setup that employs fishermen to grow mussels in the Baltic Sea near Stockholm. Salinity is of course a challenge this far up in the Baltic Sea, but by initially focusing on small mussels for animal feed, Ecopelag has succeeded in getting started. Food production is on the drawing board in this inspiring case of low salinity cultivation.
