Cassandra from Ten Island Seafarm (Sweden)

Cassandra has a small seaweed farm in the archipelago north of Gothenburg, where she has been growing seaweed since 2020. She uses her paddleboard to maintain the sea field and harvest crops, and although she still has a real job on land, she dreams of one day will have the opportunity to realize some of the hundreds of ideas she has for using seaweed in our food culture.
