Niklas from Stigfjordens Andelsodlingar (Sweden)

Niklas is the man behind Stigfjordens Andelsodling, which grows mussels in a protected cove just north of Gothenburg. In practice, the cultivation consists of two floating triangular structures from which the mussels hang - simple enough and very well-functioning. What's unique about Niklas' approach to regenerative ocean farming is that he has used his co-operative approach to get the whole community involved in the project, which today provides fresh mussels to the co-op members, but also has a goal of one day being able to produce mussels commercially.
